spell lvl 1 = lvl 3 enemies
spell lvl 2 = lvl 4 enemies
spell lvl 3 = lvl 5 enemies
spell lvl 4 = lvl 6 enemies
spell lvl 5 = lvl 8 enemies
spell lvl 6 = lvl 11 enemies
spell lvl 7 = lvl 12 enemies
spell lvl 8 = lvl 15 enemies
spell lvl 9 = lvl 16 enemies
spell lvl 10 = lvl 18 enemies
spell lvl 11 = lvl 22 enemies
spell lvl 12 = lvl 24 enemies
spell lvl 13 = lvl 27 enemies
spell lvl 14 = lvl 30 enemies
spell lvl 15 = lvl 32 enemies
spell lvl 16 = lvl 35 enemies
spell lvl 17 = lvl 37 enemies
spell lvl 18 = lvl 40 enemies
spell lvl 19 = lvl 42 enemies
spell lvl 20 = lvl 45 enemies

feet of clay works on:

hypno has the same values,
wonder how many foes area hypno can theoretically stun max at any given spell lv ?
and it will match clay here too.
A difference between area hypno & clay is that area hypno tend to stun the same monster again,
while clay add more foes in the mud, and is therefore more reliable in stunning an entire army
with multiple cast (area hypno just keep adding another stun on the same monster and doesnt stun that last few monsters)

feet of clay has 3 extra numbers:

spell lvl 13 = first 19 (25), second 08, third 05
spell lvl 14 = first 1C (28), second 08, third 06
spell lvl 15 = first 20 (32), second 09, third 06
spell lvl 16 = first 24 (36), second 09, third 07
spell lvl 17 = first 27 (39), second 0A (10), third 08
spell lvl 18 = first 2B (43), second 0B (11), third 08
spell lvl 19 = first 2F (47), second 0B (11), third 09
spell lvl 20 = first 32 (50), second 0C (12), third 0A (10)

so my GUESS:
second number is how many enemies you can stun at all
third number is how many enemies you can stun casting spell once
first number I don't have even a guess what it means

The clay spell can stun an infinite number of enemies, its only a matter of re-casting until everyone is buffed, and the number stunned from memory is around the 2nd & 3rd value.
most likely its min & max nr of monsters in the area that can be stunned.
First number i dont know too, the first few ones could be monster lv where it may fizzle,
but it makes no sense with the last two spells, where it will not work period
or it may be related to your finding on the petrify spell, when you made it non-fizzle

it's not infinite, I remember some of them was able to move after stunning a lot of them
it just was bug with animation where they looked like still been stunned
so maybe first number is how many you can stun at all

Extinct spell works on low HP enemies:

lvl 3 = up to 20 HP
lvl 4 = up to 30 HP
lvl 5 = up to 40 HP
lvl 6 = up to 50 HP
lvl 7 = up to 60 HP
lvl 8 = up to 70 HP
lvl 9 = up to 80 HP
lvl 10 = up to 100 HP
lvl 11 = up to 120 HP
lvl 12 = up to 140 HP
lvl 13 = up to 160 HP
lvl 14 = up to 180 HP
lvl 15 = up to 200 HP
lvl 16 = up to 220 HP
lvl 17 = up to 240 HP
lvl 18 = up to 260 HP
lvl 19 = up to 280 HP
lvl 20 = up to 300 HP

also I confirmed there isn't dwarf siege unit spell at all, I guess they forgot to add that spell
for all other races there are siege spells

I haven't found a description of spells digits here, so I think it would be helpful to insert an explanation of how to read the digits of a spell. Thanks to rupuziokz for explaining me the how to search for spells

As example I use FireBurst LV 20

70 08: Spell Effect ID (for weapon effects)

01 00: Spell ID

05 01: Requirement of Spell Class and Sub Class

14 00: Level of the spell

22 00: Mana costs

E8 03 00 00: time of spell preparation (in millisecond)

D0 07 00 00: cooldown time (in millisecond)

01 00: minimum range

0F 00: maximum range

82 00: Damage

19 00: Extra damage (I guess only for FireBurst?)

14 00: how many times the extra damage occurs

But I don't know what D0 07 and 64 00 are.
