Using useless weapons

I have the idea to replace most of the unit weapon items with effect weapons we usually don't need like Axe of Galeritus, Nightmare and others. You know, these weapons with Curse or Anti-Resistance effects.

I just want to know now, what weapon would fit to what unit.

Just some examples, please amend or correct parts of the list, if you have more ideas:

Ironfang - ?

Swampstinger - ?

Axe of Galeritus - Upgraded Dwarf Elder

Crystal Staff - Upgraded Elf Warder

Envoy of Death (2x) - Upgraded Darkelf Assassin

Nightmare - Darkelf Darkblade

Spellbreaker - ?

Mindsting - ?

Winterfall (2x) - Upgraded Dwarf Elite

Dark Power - Upgraded Darkelf Deathknight

Hammer of Despair - ?

Dryad Staff - Upgraded Elf Healer / Druid

Magnet Stone Hammer - Upgraded Dwarf Battlepriest

Darkwillow Wood (2x) - Upgraded Troll Smasher

Botar's Hammer - Upgraded Troll Bouncer

Burgle's Dagger - ?

Fulgrot's Pestilence Dagger - ?

Heroslayer - ?

Earthblade - Human Recruit

Spiritstrike - Elf Ranger

Aryn's Wrath - Upgraded Elf Windarcher

Resistence Breaker - Human Scout

Medusa - (Upgraded) Human Marksman



Missing units:

Humans:

- Cleric

Dwarf:

- Militia
- Warrior
- Watchman


Orcs:

(- Veteran)

Trolls:

Darkelf:

- Havoc


If available, only the upgradable units get their weapons replaced. Otherwise the normal unit will get his weapons replaced.

well there are too many daggers with effects, need to find or add spears, clubs and maces with effect too

well, my ideas:

havoc - fulgrot's pestilence dagger
cleric - heroslayer
militia - burgler's dagger
destroyer - hammer of despair
watchman - mindsting

Then I will move the dagger effects to other weapons. Especially the spears deserve some effects, because I'd never skill like that for spears.

Unfortunately it's not possible to add weapon effects, because there is no space for adding new effects. Right after the item spell effect offsets, the item ui offsets come.

you can add item effects at item spell effects offset:

viewtopic.php?f=29&t=270

you just need to use that method about offset length before offset

I know how to do it, but as I explained, there is not enough space for new item Spell effects. Look in the end of the OffSet, the new Offset of Item UI starts after 4 digits. Except it's possible to add new digits, but in one post you said that the GameData has to stay the same size.

I said that before I learned this method, now you can add as many as you like, just modify that offset length too
also you don't need to add new spell effects, you just need to add spell effects to items at that offset

and no it's not starting new offset after 4 digits, after C length it's starting:
DC 07 00 00 00 00 13 C0 08 00 01 00 - C length for item ui offset, so before this you can add item spell effects
